Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation Nos. 929 and 922 (s.2020) and Republic Act No. 11332, all government agencies are directed to adopt, coordinate and implement the guidelines on the imposition of an Enhanced Community Quarantine and the Stringent Social Distancing Measures over the entire Luzon, including the National Capital Region effective 12 am of 17 March 2020 until 12 am of 13 April 2020. A work from home arrangement shall be implemented in the Executive branch, except for health and emergency frontlines, and other critical services which shall ensure skeletal workforce.

In view of the issued proclamation, PhilGEPS shall adopt a work from home arrangement until the Luzon-wide Enhanced Community Quarantine due to COVID-19 is lifted.

To ensure compliance, and the safety of everyone, clients are advised to observe the following when transacting to PhilGEPS:

  1. Upgrade and Renewal of Platinum Membership shall be through online. Walk-in transactions will not be available;
