The Department of Transportation (DOTr) as the Employer, through its Procuring Agent, Procurement Service Department of Budget

Management (PS-DBM), now invites eligible Bidders from ADB member countries to participate in the Open Competitive Bidding (OCB)

process for the procurement of Civil Works: (Viaducts, Bridges and Buildings) of the Malolos-Clark Railway Project (MCRP).

The Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 07 March 2019 (Thursday), 9:00 AM, at Auditoriums A and B of the Asian Development Bank, Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila Philippines. Note that representatives who will attend the pre-bid conference must present IDs, authorization letters, or other reasonable evidence that they represent the potential bidder.
