The scheduled system preventive maintenance of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) shall be extended until 11 September 2020 (11:59 PM). During this period, please be advised that the website and the following online services shall be unavailable:

- Search and Browse Opportunities
• Subscriber Registry
- This facility is for new, update and renewal of platinum membership certificate
• Open Data
- Standard Reports and Datasets
In view of the foregoing, all Procuring Entities are reminded to temporarily post your procurement projects through this portal http://notices.ps-philgeps.gov.ph until the PhilGEPS 1.5 is up and running.
Also, the Modernized PhilGEPS (https://philgeps.gov.ph) is already accessible since 3 September 2020 with the following functionalities: Government and Merchant Registry, Platinum Membership Upgrade and Virtual Store.
The PhilGEPS website is scheduled to be up and running on 12 September 2020. Rest assured that the whole PhilGEPS Team will be working non-stop to ensure the continuity of the online services at the earliest possible time.
Likewise, the PhilGEPS-Customer Service Helpdesk will continue to provide service for your queries and concerns.
