
The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) is calling on our network of client-agencies nationwide—from National Government Agencies (NGAs) to Local Government Units (LGUs)—to register in the PS-DBM Client Learning Engagement (PS CLE) 2025!
This learning opportunity focuses on the use of the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement Systems (PhilGEPS), particularly the eMarketplace and Virtual Store.
These PS CLE training sessions are FREE and will be conducted either:
- Online via Google Meet; or
- On-site at the PS-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila
