The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) takes great pride in sharing with all its stakeholders the exciting activities it has in store for the 25th Anniversary of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) in November.
Kicking off the celebration are video competitions that will merge the participants' technical knowledge and creative ideas about procurement.
Anchored on the theme, “Transforming Procurement through Digitalization,” PS-DBM officially announces its VIDEO CONTESTS—open to all Procuring Entities, Merchants, and Civil Society Organizations.
