This is to advise that the Certificate of PhilGEPS Registration (Platinum Membership) of merchant-Corporations that did not submit the latest General Information Sheet (GIS) reflecting the Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI), duly received by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) shall be suspended.

The imposition of suspension comes after the issuance of Advisory No. 2025-007, published on June 30, 2025, which required Corporations to submit their latest GIS with BOI. All corporate entities with existing Platinum Membership were likewise required to update their eligibility documents in the Government of the Philippines - Official Merchant Registry (GoP-OMR).

Further, email notifications were sent to the registered Merchant Coordinators on July 14 to 17, and on 29 to 30, 2025. These served as reminders about the new requirement, with emphasis on the automatic suspension of PhilGEPS Certificate should Corporations fail to submit the necessary documents.

Please be informed that the suspension will only be lifted upon submission of the GIS with BOI, and current Class “A” eligibility documents for those with expired submissions. Additionally, eligibility documents must be accompanied by a notarized and latest PhilGEPS Sworn Declaration of Compliance, which states that the submitted documents are complete and authentic copies of the original, and all statements and information provided therein are updated, true, and correct. The new template may be downloaded from this link.

For One Person Corporations (OPCs): The SEC Registration Certificate may be uploaded in lieu of the GIS with BOI submission.
