#PSAdvisory 2025-022: Pursuant to Advisory No. 2022-30, which mandated bank-to-bank payment since October 10, 2022, the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) reminds suppliers to submit a complete, accurate, and duly notarized bank certificate from their depository bank for efficient processing of claims.
