#PSAdvisory 2025-021: The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) calls on its client-agencies to submit proof of deposits for deposits made in Calendar Year (CY) 2024 to ensure proper recognition and issuance of Official Receipt (OR).

Client-agencies are also advised to coordinate with the PS-DBM Cash Division and Accounting Division and submit the required proof of deposit not later than 30 November 2025.
