The eMarketplace of the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) is an electronic commerce platform that enables Procuring Entities (PEs) to search, compare, select, and purchase common-use supplies and equipment (CSE) from legally, technically, and financially capable suppliers.
In submitting their Annual Procurement Plan (APP), Procuring Entities (PEs) must specify Negotiated Procurement – Agency to Agency for the procurement of CSE through the eMarketplace, in accordance with Section 35(e) of Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act).
Presently, the items onboarded on the eMarketplace platform include Motor Vehicles, Airline Tickets, Software and Licenses, and Cloud Computing Services—with more CSE to be offered soon, such as laptops, desktops, and other ICT items.
