Following the publication of the Extension of the Deadline for the Decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5 for the Third Batch of Procuring Entities (PEs), dated April 28, 2026, the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs its stakeholders of the ongoing decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5 and the corresponding transition schedule to the eBidding Facility of the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (mPhilGEPS).

This extension is granted to ensure sufficient time for the completion of remaining service transition activities, resolution of identified incidents and underlying technical issues, and to provide continued support to agencies in achieving full and stable migration to the eBidding Facility.

In relation to the phased implementation of the eBidding Facility, please take note of the following key dates.

PS-DBM has made training materials available to assist users in this period of transition. Please access them through this link.

For clarity, agencies previously covered under the October 31, 2025 and December 31, 2025 decommissioning schedules, as well as those already utilizing the eBidding facility [see list here], are NOT covered by this extension, and are no longer permitted to post new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 in accordance with the prescribed timeline under the above-mentioned Resolution.

All concerned PEs are hereby enjoined to strictly comply and ensure a timely and orderly transition to the eBidding Facility.

For guidance and strict compliance.
