ADVISORY 2026-18: Following the publication of the extension of the decommissioning date of the PhilGEPS 1.5 Platform for the third (3rd) batch of Procuring Entities (PEs), dated June 29, 2026, the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs its stakeholders of this Supplemental advisory to Advisory 2026-15, which clarifies the scope of the term “all remaining government agencies” on its Item No. 3.
These PEs can post new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 only until 31 October 2026; starting 01 November 2026, no new procurement opportunities shall be published on the platform.
After the deadline, PEs may only finalize ongoing procurements and post awards and contracts for opportunities posted on or before their applicable cut-off date, as outlined in Advisory 2026-15.
All other provisions of the Advisory on the Revised Decommissioning Date of the PhilGEPS 1.5 Platform for Batch 3 remain in full force and effect.
