ADVISORY 2026-19: Pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 09-2025, PS Advisories No. 2025-017 and No. 2026-09, No. 2026-12, and No. 2026-15 prescribing the timeline for the decommissioning of PhilGEPS 1.5 for Batch 3, Item No. 1, the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) reminds all departments under the EXECUTIVE Branch—including their regional and provincial offices, district offices, and attached agencies, as well as the Office of the President and the Office of the Vice President—that the last day for posting new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 is 31 July 2026.
All Procuring Entities (PEs) under this Branch can post new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 only until 31 July 2026. Starting 01 August 2026, no new procurement opportunities shall be published on the platform, and they must transition to the eBidding Facility of the Modernized PhilGEPS (mPhilGEPS) for applicable procurement activities.
Ensuring a smooth and timely migration for these PEs, PS-DBM will conduct an online briefing seminar covering the transition timeline, eBidding process, and other important reminders on 30 July 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 NN via Google Meet.
