The Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs all client-agencies that additional electric motor vehicle brands are now onboarded in the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) eMarketplace under the Government of the Philippines–Automobile Framework Program.
This development further expands the existing roster of electric vehicles (EVs), hybrid EVs, plug-in hybrid EVs, battery EVs, and internal combustion engine (ICE) motor vehicle models in the eMarketplace, reinforcing PS-DBM’s commitment to sustainable public procurement.
The eMarketplace serves as the Philippine government’s official e-commerce platform for the procurement of common-use supplies and equipment (CSE), providing government agencies with an efficient, transparent, and accountable public procurement system.
