The Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), through its modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) eMarketplace, now offers improved prices for software and licenses, enabling government agencies to maximize savings.
Following successful negotiations with the merchant, the revised pricing structure delivers greater discounts than the previously published prices, with savings increasing as procurement volumes grow.
Pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 10-2025, PS-DBM, alongside the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) under the leadership of Secretary Kim Robert de Leon, continues to secure the most advantageous prices for CSE items onboarded in the eMarketplace through strategic partnerships with merchants—promoting efficient, transparent, and value-for-money public procurement.
