The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs all Local Government Units (LGUs) nationwide—including provinces, cities, municipalities, and barangays—that the deadline for the submission of their 2027 Annual Procurement Plan for Common-Use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) is extended until October 23, 2026.
The extension is in accordance with Section 318 of the Republic Act No. 7160 (RA 7160), or the Local Government Code of 1991, which mandates the local chief executive to submit the executive budget to the sanggunian concerned not later than the sixteenth (16th) of October of the current fiscal year.
Meanwhile, the deadline for submission for all other government agencies remains September 15, 2026, as stated in #PSAdvisory 2026-22 published on August 31, 2026, which can be accessed through this link: https://tinyurl.com/PS-Advisory-2026-13.
