Has your agency already submitted the Annual Procurement Plan–Common-use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) 2027 Form?

PS-DBM reiterates that submission is exclusively through the Modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (mPhilGEPS); emailed or manual hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.

The deadline for submission for all government agencies is September 15, 2026.

Meanwhile, the deadline for submission for local government units (LGUs) nationwide is October 23, 2026, as stated in ADV 2026-23.
