#PSADVISORY 2026-27: The Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) reminds all concerned Procuring Entities (PEs) of the 30 September 2026 cut-off for the posting of new procurement opportunities in the PhilGEPS 1.5 platform.
As part of the ongoing phased decommissioning of PhilGEPS 1.5 and the transition to the eBidding Facility of the Modernized PhilGEPS (mPhilGEPS), the following schedule shall be strictly observed:
- 30 September 2026: Last day of posting of new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 by all other National Government Agencies, the Legislative branch, and the Constitutional Commissions;
- 31 October 2026: Last day of posting of new procurement opportunities by all remaining government agencies
Ensuring a smooth and timely migration for these PEs, PS-DBM will conduct an online briefing seminar covering the transition timeline, eBidding process, and other important reminders on 30 September 2026 from 1:30 to 3:30 PM via Google Meet
