This is to inform our client-agencies and other stakeholders that late and/or incomplete submission of requirements for requests to procure Microsoft software and licenses will no longer be accepted beginning November 6, 2023.
For both existing and new licenses, approved and funded APR and approved APP-CSE through the modernized PhilGEPS shall be submitted to PS-DBM through its Marketing and Sales Division at least one (1) month before the usage date.
