The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) received a plaque of appreciation from the Office of the Vice President (OVP) during the Pasidungog Awarding Ceremony held at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza in Manila on June 5, 2023.
"Pasidungog" is a Visayan term which means “to give honor.” The award was presented by Vice President Sara Z. Duterte to PS-DBM Executive Director Atty. Dennis S. Santiago. This amplifies the contribution and institutional support of PS-DBM to the OVP’s vision to reach, serve, and create lasting impact on the lives of the Filipino people through the implementation of various programs for social welfare and nation-building.
PS-DBM is relentless in its mission to operate a centralized procurement of high quality and affordable Common-use Supplies and Equipment (CSEs) for the whole of government — envisioning itself to becoming the trusted and preferred procurement partner of the Philippine public sector.
