Kindly be informed that the PS-PhilGEPS will be having a CLEARANCE SALE starting September 1, 2015 until stocks last. The items, subject of this special sale, were earlier dropped from the list of commonly-used supplies and equipment (CSEs) and from the PS Catalogue as these were deemed slow-moving and demand was low.
We still have limited inventory of these items and these will be made available at special discounted prices from the Procurement Service. To view the catalogue of the items on sale, please click this link. Agencies may purchase these items by utilizing APR FORM NO. 03 and submitting the form to the PS-ASD or the Depot offices. The process by which procurement of the items on clearance sale is facilitated may be found at this link. Purchases of the items included in the clearance sale can be processed at the PS Office in Paco Manila through the Agency Servicing Division (ASD) and other Regional Depots.
