The Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its personnel and client-agencies, specially with the ongoing threat of the spread of COVID-19 in the Philippines. PS-DBM is taking the necessary precautionary measures issued by the Philippine Government in its declaration of an enhanced community quarantine for Luzon per Memorandum from the Executive Secretary on 16 March 2020.

In this regard, PS-DBM will continue its operations using alternative work arrangements. For ordering of common-use supplies and equipment (CSEs), client-agencies should utilize the online channel – Virtual Store. In the interim, walk-in transactions will be suspended for the duration of the enhanced community quarantine which is until 12 April 2020. This is to ensure end-to-end safety of both PS-DBM and client-agency's personnel.
