The Procurement Service (PS) will be facilitating an online appointment scheduling via email for all walk-in transactions at the PS Main Office in Paco, Manila.
Reservation of slots is until 3PM, Mondays to Fridays, starting tomorrow, 23 July 2020.
This is to regulate the entry of people to the office premises as required by the prevailing quarantine guidelines. As we transition to the new normal, PS has adopted alternative work arrangements. Rest assured that despite our operation with minimal staff, PS remains wholeheartedly committed to serve you.
This is to also inform all our client-agencies that PS will soon fully implement an official Online Appointment System (OAS) for the same purpose—the creation of which is already in the works.
