Following the signing of contract between the Procurement Service of DBM (PS-DBM) and the new fulfiller of Microsoft (MS) requirements, MS software and subscriptions are now available again for procurement as CSE in PS-DBM.
Please note, however, that PS-DBM will also be implementing a cut-off for the receipt of funds from 15 to 30 December 2020. Read more about that here: bit.ly/33Wi2en
