The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) is offering a 50% discount off the prices of select ink cartridges until supplies last. These can be availed by government agencies via the Virtual Store (VS) or through walk-in transactions and manual submission of the Agency Procurement Request (APR). Government buyers are encouraged to pick up their orders at the PS-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila.
Government employees can also purchase the same from the Retail Store for personal consumption.
Please note that the warranty of the items is nearing expiration. The dates indicated therein are the dates when manufacturer guarantees replacement of any returned ink cartridge. Beyond the warranty end date, the items will still serve its purpose provided that proper usage is observed.
If found defective, the ink cartridges will no longer be replaced but are subject to the conditions indicated in the PS-DBM Sales Return Policy. In this case, agencies may return them and the funds paid for such may be used to purchase other common-use supply and equipment, or may be refunded upon request.
