The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), led by Executive Director Atty. Dennis S. Santiago, held a virtual meeting with the United States U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) on March 22, 2023 to explore possible partnerships in capacitating the PS-DBM workforce and improving its operational processes and procedures.

USTDA, an independent agency of the US government that develops and fosters economic growth to government agencies within its partnered countries, was represented by Director for Global Programs Andrea Lupo, Manager for Global Programs Nicole Cohen, and Mimi MacKilligan.

With PS-DBM as one of its possible beneficiaries, USTDA can aid in funding projects/programs and in providing technical assistance to enhance, promote, and uplift efficiency and productivity at the workplace through partnership building activities and grants.

Along with Atty. Santiago were PS-DBM directors for Procurement Group Atty. Genmaries Entredicho-Caong and for Administrative and Finance Group Samantha Grace Moscoso.
