An influx of clients, representing both government agencies and suppliers, is a usual scenario at the office of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) in New Manila, Quezon City.

Welcoming them to the premises are the dedicated and hardworking staff of the PhilGEPS Customer Service (CS) Team — offering a premium customer service experience.

Here, for instance, are public servants who came all the way from Tarlac City, transacting with PhilGEPS on April 23, 2024 to update the PhilGEPS registration contact information of a total of 15 barangays.

PhilGEPS Director Maria Teresita Semana, along with CS leads Brian Gerona and Alvin Llapitan, personally engaged with the Tarlaceños for a light discussion.

According to Mr. Arnold Baluyot, one of the visiting clients, they preferred to visit the PhilGEPS Office in person to get a good look at and feel of the workspace. And it must have been fun for them, as their purpose was fulfilled following the updating of their PhilGEPS accounts aligned with the present barangay secretaries and officials.
