The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) issues this advisory as a stern warning against individuals and/or entities behind unofficial social media pages/groups that offer unauthorized assistance to our stakeholders for pay relative to the facilitation of transactions involving the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
Considered as “fixing,” this unscrupulous activity is prohibited under the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act. Apart from being a violation of the law, engaging in this illegal activity also violates privacy and charges fees for transactions that are free.
In relation, please take note of the only contact information of PS-DBM and PhilGEPS; contact information being used by individuals/entities not listed in the website are unauthorized to collect data and process applications.
