Craig started his career with the BOC Group, his foundation years were in Commercial, Inventory control, Sales and Marketing.Executive roles followed in Customer Service, Industrial retailing and eventually Procurement when he was appointed Director of Procurement for BOC Australia and New Zealand. 3 years later he moved to London as their global Chief Procurement Officer. In that role for 10 years hetravelled extensively focusing on supply and procurement techniques across the world building high performance teams on all continents. After returning home to Australia for the 5 years up to 2011 he ventured into the FMCG sector with George Weston Foods as Director of Procurement.Craig is well known as a business coach and mentor to young professionals. In 2011 he formed Procurement Advisory Services, an independent procurement consulting enterprise for both private and public sector. He is a CIPS Fellow and sat on the CIPS Australasia Steering Group for several years until his appointment as interim Managing Director from March to August 2013. Craig was elected to represent Australasia on the CIPS Congress in 2012 and will resume that role on completion of his presidential year.
