The Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs all client-agencies that effective immediately, and until further notice, only COVID-19 response items will be made available for purchase through the Virtual Store.
This temporary measure is in consideration to PS-DBM's efforts to efficiently supply essential items amid the pandemic.
All other Common-use supplies and Equipment (CSEs) will still be processed through manual submission of the Agency Procurement Request (APR).
