With the issuance of a new Certificate of Registration (BIR Form 2303), the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) updates its Tax Identification Number (TIN) for the information of suppliers, creditors, and payees.
The same are reminded to properly indicate the information in pertinent documents in compliance with Sec. II-J (7) Revenue Memorandum Order No. 12-2013 dated May 2, 2013. Any documents submitted to PS-DBM not bearing the said information within fifteen (15) days from posting will be deemed invalid and not accepted for payment.
