The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management is set to implement a Single Price Policy for its Common-use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) across its Main Office and all Regional and Local Government Unit (LGU) Depots nationwide.
In view of this, PS-DBM will be conducting a physical inventory count and revaluation of on-hand items in all offices.
Kindly be advised of the schedule of activities covering May 2025:
FOR AGENCIES
| May 6 | Last day of transactions via the Virtual Store (VS) |
| May 6 (6:00 PM) to May 13 (8:00 AM) | Inaccessibility of VS |
| May 7 | Physical Inventory; No transactions |
| May 8-9 | Pickup / release of CSE items and delivery to client - agencies |
Regular transactions will resume on May 13, 2025, on which the Single Price Policy will also be fully implemented.
