The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) expresses its utmost gratitude to everyone who participated in the One PS-DBM Fun Run 2024 last Sunday, October 6. In spite of the inclement weather, thousands showed up to support our activity.
By invitation from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM)—through the participation of Dr. Maria Teresita M. Semana, Director of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS)—represented the Philippines in the ADB International Procurement Workshop (IPW) in Seoul, South Korea which gathered public procurement experts across 14 countries in the Asia-Pacific.

Client-agencies and other stakeholders of the Procurement Service-DBM are encouraged to utilize our online facilities and settle urgent transactions through the same in view of the scheduled system maintenance of our information technology equipment and services.

NOTICE: Alongside the efforts of the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) to digitalize public procurement through the Electronic Marketplace, or eMarketplace, is the initiative to expand its existing list of Common-use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) to include more goods and products such as Cloud Computing Services (CCS).
In preparation for the PS-DBM on Wheels in Dagupan City, the Marketing and Sales Division - Customer Service Team of the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) holds a series of free online training sessions, every Tuesday and Thursday, to gear up client-agencies in the upcoming event.
The ONE PS-DBM Fun Run is aimed at engaging both its internal and external stakeholders; for employees to foster camaraderie through a sporting event, and for other government agencies, partner merchants, as well as the general public, to know more about PS-DBM and its mandate. But more than these objectives is another aspiration that goes beyond working relationships.
