As part of its capacity-building activities, the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) facilitated a series of training sessions with client-agencies through the PS-Client Learning Engagement (PS-CLE) program organized by the Customer Service (CS) Team of the agency’s Marketing and Sales Division (MSD).

NOTICE to update #PSAdvisory 2024-004: The Virtual Store (VS) of PS-DBM is now accessible. The manual submission of APRs which was temporarily allowed is no longer in effect. Client-agencies shall now again procure CSE from the VS facility.
UPDATE ON ADV 2024-004: The Virtual Store is now up and running. Client-agencies are now required to use the VS in procuring CSE as temporary manual submission of APRs is discontinued.

Pursuant to Civil Service Commission Memorandum Circular No. 6, Series of 2022, which authorizes the implementation of an alternative work arrangement, the PS-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila, the PhilGEPS Office in New Manila, Quezon City, and the Regional Depot Offices nationwide will be adopting a 4-day work week schedule.
