Please be advised that the PhilGEPS Website (https://www.philgeps.gov.ph/) will not be available from 6PM of 27 November 2020 (Friday) until 6AM of 1 December 2020 (Tuesday) in line with systems update and maintenance activities.

Work Suspension in PS-PhilGEPS (30 November 2020)

#WalangPasok: In commemoration of Bonifacio Day on Monday, 30 November 2020, the Procurement Service and PhilGEPS offices in Manila are closed.
Operations resume on Tuesday, 1 December.
PS-DBM FREE WEBINAR: VIRTUAL CLIENT CONNECTION

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) remains committed to provide you with smart procurement solutions.
As a testament to this, the Marketing and Sales Division of PS-DBM is all geared up to conduct Virtual Client Connection (VCC) in the last quarter of 2020.
The VCC is an online learning engagement via Google Meet that aims to give you the latest updates on government procurement.
The following are the topics for discussion:
• Submission of APP-CSE 2021
• Use of Virtual Store
• Purchasing from the PS-DBM Retail Store
• Availability of Computer Equipment, Licenses and Subscriptions • Transacting with PS-DBM in the 'New Normal'
• Digital Presence and Initiatives of PS-DBM
This event is for free, but due to limited slots, only one representative per agency is allowed to participate.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Only those who have successfully registered will be given the Google Meet link of the webinar.

#WalangPasok: Due to the aftermath of Typhoon Ulysses, and following the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, work at the Procurement Service and PhilGEPS in Manila is suspended tomorrow, November 13.
