Work at the Procurement Service-DBM, including PhilGEPS and regional depot offices, is suspended on Tuesday, 3 May 2022, in observance of Eid'l Fitr.
UPDATE as of April 29: Beginning 12:00 nn until 6:00 p.m. today, April 29, the PhilGEPS 1.5 website will also be inaccessible due to an emergency system maintenance, along with the Virtual Store.
This is to inform our client-agencies and other stakeholders that the Procurement Service – PhilGEPS will be conducting a system update/upgrade beginning 12:00 nn tomorrow, April 29, until 9 a.m. on Sunday, May 1.
Due to inaccessibility of the Virtual Store during the said period, client-agencies with confirmed appointments tomorrow are advised to settle your transactions with PS-DBM Main Office in the morning.

Work at the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), including PhilGEPS and regional depot offices, is suspended beginning 12:00 nn on Wednesday, April 13, 2022.
Work suspension continues until Thursday and Friday, April 14-15, in observance of Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
Resumption of online and limited walk-in transactions will be on Monday, April 18 and on-site transactions on Tuesday, April 19.
