In support of the Philippine Government’s efforts to minimize the impact of COVID-19, the Procurement Service of the Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) offers school supplies and other essential items relative to the Department of Education’s (DepEd) conduct of 2020 Brigada Eskwela and Oplan Balik Eskwela.

In the joint implementing guidelines on these activities as stated in Memorandum No. 53 s. 2020, DepEd developed Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan (BE-LCP) which ensures that quality basic education will continue despite the challenges posed by the pandemic.

The Procurement Service (PS) is back to its regular operation as Metro Manila is now placed under a general community quarantine (GCQ).

Except during holidays, the PS Main Office in Paco, Manila is open from Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

PS-DBM looks forward to serving all our client-agencies' requirements.

Pursuant to the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), President Rodrigo Duterte has transitioned Metro Manila and other areas to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) starting 1 June 2020 to curb the spread of the infectious coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Pursuant to the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID), President Rodrigo Duterte has placed Metro Manila, Laguna, and Cebu City under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), until 31 May 2020 11:59 PM to curb the spread of the infectious coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
