The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) issues this advisory as a stern warning against individuals and/or entities behind unofficial social media pages/groups that offer unauthorized assistance to our stakeholders for pay relative to the facilitation of transactions involving the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
The Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao graced the premises of the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) Main Office in Paco, Manila on August 2, 2024.

In preparation for the launching of the Electronic Marketplace (eMarketplace) Facility — a new feature of the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) — the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) actively engages its partners from the automotive, airlines, and logistics sectors in a series of consultative and exploratory meetings.
By invitation from the Government Policy Procurement Board - Technical Support Office (GPPB-TSO), the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) participated in the specialized training for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) to capacitate them with knowledge of the procurement process and be able to join government’s procurement projects and opportunities..
