Pursuant to Section 40.2 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), all client-agencies are hereby advised on the procedure for downloading the Certificate of No Available Stocks (CNAS) from the Procurement Service – Department Budget and Management (PS-DBM) website, or through this link.

All merchants are hereby informed that the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) is set to implement the submission of an updated requirement for Corporations.
