In an effort to contribute to the country’s transition towards a more sustainable and energy-efficient transportation system, the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) offers electric vehicles through the eMarketplace, the government’s official e-commerce platform for the procurement of common-use supplies and equipment (CSE) including motor vehicles.

This is to inform our client-agencies and other stakeholders that the Procurement Service-DBM will be updating its internal systems, resulting in the inaccessibility of the Virtual Store from June 27 to 29, 2025.

#PSAdvisory 2025-006: The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) will cease to offer Microsoft software and licenses beginning 30 June 2025, following the expiration of its Memorandum of Agreement with Microsoft (MS) Philippines, Inc. and Consignment Agreement with current Fulfiller of MS.
