The holiday season is best celebrated with our loved ones. To give PS-DBM employees more time with family and friends, a 12 p.m. cutoff time for all walk-in transactions will be implemented on December 24 and 31, 2021, as operations will be suspended beginning 1 p.m.

In relation to the issuance of the GPPB Resolution 15-2021 dated 14 October 2021, this is to inform the concerned Platinum Member merchants and procuring entities of the new Platinum certificate requirements and to advise the same to apply concomitant amendments in accordance to the said resolution.

In view of the year-end physical inventory of stocks at the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), client-agencies and suppliers are hereby informed of the schedules of activities including acceptance of APR, inaccessibility of VS, preparation of DR, and delivery, among others.
