As of 2:00 p.m. today, 24 March 2022, the Modernized PhilGEPS has been inaccessible due to an unexpected system error.
Beginning Thursday, 24 March 2022, the usual route for vehicles to enter the premises of the PS-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila will be closed. Instead of paving the way through Madrigal St., also known as RR. Rd., all visiting agencies are advised to take the alternate route in Cristobal St.

With the implementation of the modernized PhilGEPS’ E-Bidding facility among the pilot agencies that began in December 2021, merchants are encouraged to join procurement activities in mPhilGEPS to view the opportunities as posted by pilot agencies.
UPDATE as of March 17, 2022: The Virtual Store is now up and running. Client-agencies can access and must utilize the VS again to procure CSE. Thank you for your patience.

Please secure an appointment schedule via the Online Appointment Portal. Bring with you your vaccination card to be allowed entry. The PS-DBM strictly enforces health protocols. Please wear your mask at all times within the office premises and observe social distancing.
