This is to inform our client agencies and other stakeholders that the PhilGEPS Office currently located at the DBM Arcache Building in San Miguel, Manila will be relocating soon.
Please await further notice for other necessary details. Rest assured that the workforce remains operational.
Thank you for your understanding.
Please be informed that the Virtual Store remains inaccessible until further notice. The PS-DBM will issue an announcement as soon as the system updates are completed.
Meanwhile, APRs can be manually submitted by client-agencies. That, along with other walk-in transactions, will proceed provided that an appointment schedule was secured through the Online Appointment Portal. Furthermore, in relation to #PS Advisory 2022-001, only those with complete vaccine doses as shown in their vaccination cards will be accommodated.
The PS-DBM strictly enforces health protocols. Please wear your mask at all times within the office premises. Please bring your own pens, too.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Effective immediately, the presentation of vaccination cards of all entities visiting the PS-PhilGEPS offices in Manila for all walk-in transactions is now required, following the issuance of an MMDA resolution issued on January 3, 2022.
The PS-DBM echoes the need to enact enhanced restrictions such as this measure in light of the rising active COVID-19 cases in the country, and — to quote the same MMDA resolution — "for the protection of public health, promotion of general welfare, and sustainability of an improving economy."
The vaccination cards must be presented to our security officers upon entry to the office premises.
Please be guided accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation.
