In compliance with Revenue Regulations No. 7-2024 which implemented certain sections of Republic Act No. 11976 known as “Ease of Paying Taxes (EOPT) Act,” the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) will only accept invoices duly authorized by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) as the primary document for all sales of services beginning 10 June 2024.

All client-agencies of the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) that have not received corresponding Official Receipt from PS-DBM are notified of the requirement to submit APR or ADA/deposit slip for their deposits to PS-DBM’s LBP account no later than June 28, 2024. If deposits remain unclaimed or unidentified beyond the deadline, they shall be remitted to Bureau of Treasury

By invitation from the Republic of Korea’s (RoK) Public Procurement Service (PPS), the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) joined DBM Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman in a bilateral meeting with PPS on May 28, 2024 at the Manila Hotel to discuss its Innovation Procurement Policy. This forms part of the cooperation efforts among the three parties pursuant to their signing of tripartite Memorandum of Understanding in 2023.
