National Government agencies including GOCCs and LGUs must coordinate with the Procurement Service (PS) to be issued with Official Receipt (OR) for their deposits.
Agency deposits without OR may form part of the PS trust fund which was already taken by the Bureau of Treasury pursuant to Section 4 of the Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.
