The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) is pleased to announce that it will resume its delivery service for all Common-use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) ordered via the Virtual Store (VS) and manually-submitted Agency Procurement Requests (APRs) starting Wednesday, 13 January 2021.
Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Wendel E. Avisado, in his New Year message, recognizes the suffering and hardship that the year 2020 has brought us, and how these challenges taught us lessons about strength, innovation and creativity, togetherness, unity, and faith in God.
Sec. Avisado also hopes that these lessons guide us as we welcome 2021.

In celebration of the New Year's Eve and Day, PS-PhilGEPS offices and the regional depots nationwide are closed on 31 December 2020 and 1 January 2021.
Operations resume on January 4, first Monday of 2021.
