UPDATE AS OF APRIL 2022: This clearance sale has ended.

The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) is offering a 50% discount off the prices of select ink cartridges until supplies last. These can be availed by government agencies via the Virtual Store (VS) or through walk-in transactions and manual submission of the Agency Procurement Request (APR). Government buyers are encouraged to pick up their orders at the PS-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila.

MICROSOFT TO DISCONTINUE OPEN LICENSE PROGRAM IN 2022

Attention to all client-agencies of the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) that have existing software licenses, the Microsoft Open License Program will reach its End of Life (EOL) on 31 December 2021.

ADV 2021-014: PS-DBM MAIN UNDER LOCKDOWN AS COVID-19 CASES SOAR (Aug. 27 - Sep. 5)

Beginning today, 27 August 2021, until Sunday, September 5, the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) Main will be placed under lockdown following a surge of COVID-19 cases in PS and PhilGEPS offices in Manila.

Please be informed that PS-DBM is adopting alternative work arrangements to ensure operational continuity. We encourage all our client-agencies to utilize digital platforms and reach us through our official online communication channels for the processing of their transactions. All walk-in visits are prohibited during this period.

Regular operations will resume on 6 September 2021.

PS-DBM EXTENDS 2022 APP-CSE SUBMISSION

The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) advises all government agencies that the deadline of submission of the 2022 Annual Procurement Plan – Common Use Supplies and Equipment (APP-CSE) is extended until 30 SEPTEMBER 2021.

The 2022 APP-CSE template can be downloaded from the VS. Log-in here: https://www.philgeps.gov.ph/Indexes/login

PS-DBM wishes to reiterate that submission is exclusively through the Virtual Store (VS) platform. Hard copy or manual submission will not be accepted.
