AO 25 Issues Guidelines on the Grant of the PBB for FY 2019

The AO 25 Secretariat of the Inter-Agency Task Force on the Harmonization of National Government Performance Monitoring, Information and Reporting Systems has issued Memorandum Circular No. 2019-1 on "Guidelines on the Grant of Performance-Based Bonus (PBB) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 under Executive Order No. 80, s., 2012 and Executive Order No. 201, s., 2016."
It is indicated in the said MC that the FY 2020 Annual Procurement Plan - Common-Use Supplies and Equipment (FY 2020 APP-CSE) is to be submitted to the DBM-Procurement Service on or before 31 October 2019.
Agencies are advised to be guided by these provisions.
