By invitation from the Office of the Vice President (OVP), the Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) conducted a training on Republic Act (R.A.) 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act, among the OVP workforce — including personnel from their regional satellite offices — at the OVP Central Office in Mandaluyong City on July 5 to 7, 2023.

In a meeting between the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on July 4, 2023 to discuss various areas of governance reform, procurement digitalization and analytics were identified as among the emerging strategic priorities of UNDP for its upcoming Country Programme for 2024-2028.

PS-DBM PUSHES EXTENSIVE TRAINING ON THE USE OF VIRTUAL STORE AHEAD OF ITS ROLLOUT TO REGIONAL DEPOTS

In anticipation of the Virtual Store (VS) rollout to its regional depots nationwide, the Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) conducted PS Client Learning Engagement (PS-CLE) on June 29, 2023 via Google Meet to discuss the features and functionalities of VS among the client-agencies of PS Pampanga Depot. The activity was led by the Customer Service Team of the agency’s Marketing and Sales Division.
