The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), through its Marketing and Sales Division, conducted the first public sector virtual caravan on Thursday, 6 May 2021. In partnership with Crayon Software Experts Philippines Inc. and Microsoft (MS) Philippines, the online client engagement activity raised awareness on the information technology (IT) procurement process and solutions of client-agencies through PS-DBM.
In commemoration of World Day for Safety and Health at Work, the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) maintains that the employees’ safety and health at work remain as top priority amid its operational continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic.
By providing physical and mental support—recognized as among the fundamental rights of employees—PS-DBM aims to raise awareness on how a safe and healthy working environment can help reduce the number of work-related diseases, injuries, and deaths.

The Procurement Service–Department of Budget Management (PS-DBM) provides the government with Microsoft (MS) cloud-first strategy and optimized license costs through a new fulfiller that offers discounted Microsoft (MS) software and subscriptions.
Undersecretary Lloyd Christopher Lao underscores the vantage of this partnership, highlighting the importance of software and subscriptions as among the Common-use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) required by the whole of government.

The Procurement Service joins the Department of Budget and Management in commemorating its 85th founding anniversary!
PS-DBM OIC-Executive Director Undersecretary Lloyd Christopher Lao, in a statement, echoes the collective sentiment of the PS Community for being part of the DBM as it celebrates this milestone.
