Work in the Procurement Service-DBM Main Office in Paco, Manila, including PhilGEPS and the regional depots, is suspended on May 1, 2025, in commemoration of Labor Day.
The Procurement Service – Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM), led by Executive Director Genmaries S. Entredicho – Caong, joins the DBM in the celebration of its 89 th anniversary, which culminated on April 25, 2025.
The Procurement Service - Department of Budget and Management is set to implement a Single Price Policy for its Common-use Supplies and Equipment (CSE) across its Main Office and all Regional and Local Government Unit (LGU) Depots nationwide.

Work in the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) and PhilGEPS offices is suspended from April 23 to 25, 2025 in view of the its Annual Planning, Performance, Evaluation and Accomplishment Review (APPEAR) for Fiscal Year 2025.
Work in the Procurement Service-DBM, including PhilGEPS and its regional depots, will be adopting a work from home arrangement on April 16, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12 noon. During this period, a skeletal workforce will be maintained at the Main Office in Paco, Manila to ensure operational continuity of essential services involving units such as Records Division and Warehouse Management Section.
