In pursuit of advancing open government in public procurement, Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) Executive Director (ED) Genmaries Entredicho-Caong joined DBM Secretary Rolando in a meeting with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) on April 14, 2026.
Upon the invitation from the Leyte del Sur League of Budget Officers (LLEBO), Incorporated, in coordination with Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) Regional Office Tacloban, PS-DBM Executive Director (ED) Genmaries Entredicho-Caong served as a resource person to discuss the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) on April 7, 2026, at Sabin Resort Hotel, Ormoc City, Leyte.
