In support of the Department of Agriculture–Philippine Carabao Center’s (DA-PCC) manifestation of commitment to utilizing digital procurement tools, the Procurement Service–Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) conducted an in-house training session with DA-PCC on the features of the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) in October 2025 at the agency’s National Headquarters and Gene Pool, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija.
